First of all, Welcome Jack on your first run. It was great to have you join us on your first run.

Last night's group was the smallest group I have seen in the long time but it surely was a very energetic group. We started of the Evening with a few Running drills to get the body warmed up to the cold night running. With the introductions, we had everyone name one of their favourite songs with Bryons standout song being I hate Mondays. The rest of the songs all had a Christmas theme to them.

As we reached the hospital, We was surprised to the creative task we had in store. It was decorating the ward Which is a big win. Half of the group split between taking the stairs and taking the relaxing choice of the elevator. The runners made running up 14 floors easy. We walked through the other ward which was previously done by Barclays to get some ideas and also to pump us up to do better.

Liz, Isabelle, Bryan And Rosie went on decorating the tree duty while the rest decked the halls with colour and cheer. This task was a very creative task with the runners addIng their take on what would make the place look More Christmassy. After an hour of work the team completed the ward and I think they did an amazing job. Jo went missing for abit because she was very determined to leave no handle bar without tinsle.

As we said our goodbyes the team can look back and smile and the great work they did and the potential smiles to all the people that will be walking into the ward the next day.
