Ms D is largely bedbound but can see her garden through the window and asked for 2 runners to come and give it a quick mow and weed. Frances crouched and yanked up all the weeds at the front and back of the house by hand while Paul tackled the lawn. This was no mean feat! The bumpy ground meant it was very hard work to push the mower and the hot hot heat made this task even more strenuous. Frances swanned in to save the day and realised she had definitely got the easier task when she failed to move the mower even an inch. However, perseverance won out and Ms D was happy to hear that the job was done.
