After a slow start to today’s session, two GoodGymmers helped sort a room full of donations! It was Jackson’s first GoodGym mission and Tilly’s first time helping GROAD (Get Rid Of And Donate).

Jackson arrived first and helped set up the hall and tables ready for sorting the donations, and accepted a donation of a vintage bike! Tilly and another volunteer from GROAD arrived soon after.

It took a while for the donations to come but it never rains, it pours - once they started coming we had a room full in no time. By the end of the session there were boxes of games, bags of clothing, and plenty of accessories - including some designer purses! What a find!

At the end of the session the boxes and bags were loaded into the official GROAD van, ready to be taken away to find their new homes. Another session complete, some more good done!

Cheers Tilly for welcoming Jackson to GoodGym and for writing the run report! Great to see someone donated a vintage bike :)
