A Sunday morning that looked fresh and sunny yet left you with a chill in your bones.. but that didn't stop 6 GoodGymers from helping to marshal the junior parkrun event this morning.

The high vis heroes even doubled up on good deeds by starting their litter pick as they walked over to their marshal positions!

Junior park run is always so rewarding... watching the youngsters put their 'best foot forward'... some have determination in every step, other out for a chatty run but each participant is guaRUNteed a good time! ... and helping to marshal events like these are always so rewarding as we put our hearts and 'sole' into helping
