Quick dash near Brixton to get a shopping list from Ms N. List and cash was already ready for me so I headed to Iceland and Sainsburys.

All done in about 30 mins. I returned to Ms N and she was full of appreciation. She had great words for the GG volunteers - apparently we're always so fast! It was a pleasure to have done this task for her!

The run continued after that. I hope I'm ready for that Half this Sunday!
