Rosa and I met Mrs P on a wonderful sunny morning, with a mission to put up her new washing line.

It was a pleasure to meet Mrs P who told us lots of wise tales about staying healthy and strong.

We got to work unpacking the new washing line to replace the old, in Mrs P’s green oasis-like back garden. We quickly realised the old washing line had been standing firmly in concrete for years and that that new line also required being set in concrete; for which Rosa and I sadly did not have the tools or the skills. This meant we weren’t able to complete our mission.

Instead, however, we did have a lovely natter with Mrs P, which brightened our day and hopefully Mrs P’s too.
