Sheila and I visited Ms W this afternoon in her care home. It was Ms W's birthday today (she says she's 69 again😆) and we wanted to make it a bit more special, hence us going together. I brought a home baked cake to celebrate, a "fruity" one. It turned out that both Ms W's sisters and her brother, along with their spouses, were there with her and they very much wanted to meet us. They told us how much they appreciate and how grateful they are that we visit Ms W, as they can't be with her as much as they would like to. There will be a big party tomorrow at the care home for Ms W. We've seen the other cake. It's a coffee and walnut and it's huge!...
