“Several times”, I replied to M. She laughed as I told her how the deluges had drenched me during the week and was keen to check I was still safe cycling. I also told M about the beautiful flowers that a friend had surprised me with and shared my wisdom* of the names of the flowers with a description to go with them. (*wisdom = reading from the booklet that came with them). M was very very grateful for me calling and we had a good long chit chat, putting the world to rights. Looking forward to catching up in a few days’ time again.
