Yep GoodGym Sutton Coldfield starts up this Wednesday evening, therefore we thought we'd get the ball rolling by volunteering at the Sutton Park Parkrun!

Rauul did the tail walker role and Jonny marshalled at the 4.5k point.

What a lovely morning it was with runners of all ages, shapes and sizes taking part, which really shows what running is about. We also had plenty of walkers and several dogs joining the party!

Rauul took a few photos at the end and as you can see his special GG Tshirt shows the amazing challenge he is doing what is to run 2024 miles in 2024 for Breast Cancer.

What a great morning and we'll be back with another GG takeover at Sutton Park in January :)
