Mobility had become a real concern for Mrs E, therefore two goodgym runners Briony and Ted ran to help! Their task was to move furniture around the house to make the downstairs bedroom somewhat more homely.

Firstly, there was a display cabinet which held a great collection of china and ornamental pieces gifted from her much loved family, this was to all be moved. The goodgymers used their inititive and took a before photo which they used to re-lay all the pieces in their original layout!

Amongst other things we moved a table from upstairs to downstairs - the unit had a fake marble look to it (thankfully it was lighter than it looked!)

Before leaving, we embraced the full goodgym spirit by hanging a curtain rail - Mrs E was very particular about things which made our job a little challenging but in a fun way!

Great work goodgymers! Briony is new to us in Cardiff having recently moved to the area - she's currently studying he PHD in Climate change (very interesting stuff which you'll all have to quiz her on soon!)
