Put the running trainers back on and ran down to our GG Islington HQ and did a loop of The Emirates in tribute. Then up the cut through to Highbury Fields and round. Dropped into Mr R to check if he had anything to add to his list before hitting Holloway Road for Morrisons. Very efficient queuing but usual carnage inside with too many people to be able to maintain any distancing so was glad to have my face mask and antibac to hand. Walked the shopping back and ran home via Gillespie Park. Lovely 8km in the hot hot sunshine.
