Holiday? What holiday?
11 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.
- Monday, 30th of May 2016
- Led by Laura Williams
Holiday? What holiday? While others were nursing the effects of bank holiday merrymaking, a gang of 10 goodgymmers ventured to a community orchard at Haggerston park called (unsurprisingly) the Haggerston Park Community Orchard.
Paths were cleared and backfilled with bark, beds were filled with soil and a good time was had by all.
After saying goodbye and taking a couple of pictures (look out for us in the Hackney Gazette), it was off to do some core workouts, including the Finger Crusher, Shuttle Runs, Regular Planking AND Sideways Planking.
