We were very grateful for a Monday evening without a drop of rain in sight!
We started with a short warm-up, which didn't take long because we were all very warm already.
Then the heat HIIT us! We didn't allow the heat to let us slack, though! 3 rounds of 5 exercises: - Knee raises - Planks up and down - Mountain climbers - Stomach crunches - Ice skatters - we definitely melted the ice!
We participated in a few cool down stretches before collapsing on the grass. Then, for a quick beverage at the Salusbury.
