Freya and Emanuele visited a very welcoming lady in North East London to help tackle a very green greenhouse. Warmed through from their run, the goodgymmers scrubbed and sponged every window - transforming the damp den to a glistening glasshouse.

Not bad for a first and second mission, respectively!
