Report written by Liz
I don't be-leaflet-it! Five fabulous Good Gymers arrived this evening, keen and eager to set to work. The evening began with a short warm-up, followed by a run to Bravington Road.
After the task was explained to us, Tabitha and CJ set off to Portnall Road and quickly delivered all of their leaflets in, I can hardly be-leaflet it, record time!
Meanwhile, Sam and Lee began delivering leaflets on one side of Bravington Road, whilst Liz set to work, delivering leaflets on the other side of the road.
We were soon sadly out of time. CJ and Sam headed home, whilst Lee, Tabitha and Liz ran back to base for I really can't be-leaflet it, a well deserved beverage!
QPCC is the first Community Council in London. We came into existence following the May elections in 2014 after local residents voted for the first London Community/Parish Council to be established. The Council has a unique opportunity to better serve and represent the 12,500 residents of Queen’s Park and we are doing so by focusing on community engagement. We are an apolitical council whose aims are to provide residents with a community they wish to see by improving educational opportunities; improving social and economic wellbeing and improving the appearance of the local area.
