Mrs H is blind and was having problems with her phone as she couldn’t hear it, and it is essential for her to keep in contact with the world. I took a look and the ringer was turned off, so once I switched it back on, I did a quick check by calling it with my phone and checked Mrs H was happy with the volume and all was well.
