Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Ian Gostling
In a fun game of I-Spy, this weeks Challenge was to try and count what you see whilst out on your run! This could be anything you see everday, or something you've never noticed before!
You might often find when you are running, your mind goes off somewhere else, which is one of the joys of running. So this challenge was set to focus ourselves to stay in the present, and share what is around us.
And the results are in.. Along the roads and rivers our GoodGymers runners kept their eyes peeled and counted their fingers! Girija top scored with 132 boats, and Emily had her hands full counting 105 dogs!
In the more unexpected, Paulin saw a startled fox, Jo came across a single glove* and an ironwork butterfly, and sadly Harriet reported a large amount of litter!
Towards the end of my run I saw a road sign I hadn't noticed before warning road users to beware of ducks crossing!
Well done everyone, great effort in counting and thanks for sharing!
