After volunteering at Junior parkrun, Maria and Sam ran 4k towards Brixton to help Ms. N turn her soil in her back garden as she wants to grow more veggies due to the cost of living crisis and also to make use of the large garden she has. With potatoes growing already, she is hoping to put in spinach, carrots and beets. Sam suggested onions too.

It took them an hour and a half to turn the soil utilising their fork and their neighbour's garden fork. We hope Ms. N enjoys growing loads of veggies this summer!
