It never rains but it pours!
9 GoodGymers made their way 6.5km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

For several reasons tonight had an element of chaos. Tom couldn't make it as his boiler was broken leading to a rather damp house, we had no task, mother nature was against us and probably most distressing Tom Craggs is leaving as GoodGym Tower Hamlets trainer.
Undeterred nine brave Goodgymers intrepidly set off on an uncharted route taking in three local parks, Weavers Field, London Fields and Victoria Park. Toughing it out, we tackled each one with increasing speed, first at a 10km pace, then at 5km pace before a brutal lap of Victoria Park at 1,500m pace where it went from raining to most definitely pouring.
As is the way with GoodGym runners we only got faster and stronger. Covering an unexpected 7.5km thanks to everyone who came along and braved the elements - you were all troopers. Thanks also to The Town Hall Hotel in Tower Hamlets for accepting nine filthy, sweaty crew come the end. Mega Monday!

Much respect to all of you for persisting, wet wasn't it?! Sorry to hear Tom's off :(
Thanks Adele. We where in to deep when it really started to come down so just had to deal with it!
