Through the course of Sunday a number of Goodgymers turned up to help out at East Finchley Community Festival - an inclusive free one-day community festival, in London N2, which has been bringing the community together for nearly 40 years.

In the morning Chi and Goodgym newbie Sanchia helped set up tables and chairs. I turned up in the last couple of hours of the festival and was assigned to the ticket selling stall where coupons could be purchased for the various rides. Shortly after Sarah, Sally, Abi, Laura and Rob turned up to lend a helping hand... Hands which got dirty emptying out the bins!

With the festival wrapping up at 6 our last couple of tasks involved taking the bins to the skips and then disassembling a couple of the market stall tents situated at the entrances.
