This week's fitness challenge was to run or walk 5km every day of the week. Even though it was shorter overall than the marathon fitness challenge, it definitely felt harder to keep up with the consistency!
The group did brilliantly. Roz completed it before we had all really got started, in her own week of Tuesday to Tuesday! Mel fitted hers in around several missions. Several of the group ran them all (including a shout-out to Richard G for running 7 days consecutively for the first time 🥳).
Impressive stuff everyone!
