Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
A decision is always a tricky one when thinking about how best to keep warm but not to warm, the trick is layering so at any time during your run you can strip off, or wrap up. Last night was most definitely a night for layering.
No apocalyptic rain or wind, just sticky and stuffy, cold for the first five, over heating for the remaining miles. This is problem we will all be praying for come winter December when people use long complex phrases like “Watch out for wind chill” lol
Anywhooooo… Our plan was to head back to over to our long term winter project at SW1 Radio after a break last week and put some work in on this walls.
A nice steady warm up around the St James Park, a quick game of dodge the pedestrian and as if by magic we were there….
Its now started to get a little bit tricky as all that is left to take down is the little bits of plaster and under layer that are well and truly hanging on for dear life. BUT have no fear, GoodGym have the answer ☺ . Just keep going.
In the half hour that we were there we managed to get a lot done, and the walls are nearly finished.
Its amazing looking back at what the walls used to look like and how much we have managed to do AND how much fitter those that have been coming have become.
If you know of anyone in need who is looking for a similar wonderfully awesome service please do tell him or her to get in touch….
Did I mention that I asked everyone to do those drills and sprints that they enjoy sooooooooo much lol
Till next time…..
Please continue to do small this with great love.
