A grey Christmas (as usual!) was splattered with colour in Headlingley as the dark mornings extend almost to the 9am(ish) run/walk/jog time.

The parkrun started with a poem and in true Woodhouse Moor style, the run began fashionably late but still rather suddenly!

A few hangovers were 'cured' and some Christmas Eve indulgence worked off, but the main thing was to keep healthy for free...a Christmas message that is easily lost in the commercial maze of life!
