Kale safe!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

Such is the system and all the great stuff that goes on behind the scenes at GoodGym, along with an awesome bunch of volunteers, referrers and beneficiaries, that's another mission accomplished!
Mr R was very happy with the shopping and it was good to see him again. I almost walked off with his large bottle of milk still in my bag, but realised as I was about to set off running, thinking...I might be tired (double run day) but my bag feels extra heavy!! Milk safely at the doorstep of Mr R's with the rest of the shopping, I headed off on my short run home.
It's such a lovely day to be outside and I chatted (distanced) to a lady outside Morrisons who had left her home for the first time in months. I was so happy for her AND proud of her, we managed a high five via my shoe and the end of her walking stick!! 🙌😁 Here's hoping Mr R can soon get back to enjoying doing his shopping again too.
The red GoodGym jersey of joy strikes again! X
