A perfect evening for a short run and lovely task and an equally delightful group of GoodGymers to share it with, what else could you ask for?!

Tilly met AA Yianny at Papa's and since it was just the two of us (top 10 song contender) we didn't have a category but rather time to ponder hypothetical scenarios during our 2km run. Ask yourself what would you do if you won the amount you earn in a year, each year for the next 10 years, what would you do??

After a quick loop up to Stockwell and back we headed into Max Roach Park to meet James aka Father Nature and Marie-Noelle and Paul who were our walkers this evening.

The task was a GG classic - weeding - in order to clear away the seed heads that might fall on the carefully cultivated Lavender Maze and overtake the lavender before it has a chance to take hold. It was lovely to see the sprouting lavender after GG last went down to help dig out the beds in preparation for planting back in March.

By the end of the session we had made pretty much a complete clearance of both 'arms' of the maze, been spoilt by James who brought home made hot chocolate and enjoyed lots of great conversation.

We then headed our separate ways and reflected on a job well done, thanks everyone and see you next time!
