Mrs A was lovely and wanted support with completing her TV Licence application form.

Unfortunately, due to GDPR and insurance liabilities with GoodGym, I was unable to fully assist Mrs A and therefore complete the task. I was however able to explain how the application works and the eligibility rules for a free licence.

I had a nice socially distanced chat with Mrs A before leaving.

Hopefully we can find a way around this to help Mrs A real soon.
