LIRF-ing in dark alleys…!
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Windsor and Maidenhead.

Sophie, Amanda, Diya and Anne-Laure met by the kebab van at Pirate Park ready for the 1 mile walk to Castle Farm Spinney. The task for the evening was to spread woodchip onto the muddy path to make it more safe and less squelchy for path users. But our first agenda item was for Amanda to lead a warm up and fitness session as part of her LIRF course to become a run leader with GoodGym. Sophie was off the hook and filmed whilst Amanda warmed up Diya and Anne-Laure and talked them through the format of the fitness session. Well done Amanda! Both your participants had excellent feedback. We then got stuck in and spread as much woodchip as we could before 8pm and it certainly made the path look a lot better. We then walked back to Pirate Park where we said our goodbyes.
