London fridge is coming down, my fair lady
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.
- Saturday, 20th of July 2024
What would you do if you had 4 eyes, 4 arms, 4 legs and 11 minutes? Sevan and Kash used those resources to help Mr E remove an old fridge.
The Pavement Pirates of Ealing ran from Euston to the Old Street area, zigzagging through the busy surroundings of Kings Cross.
Mr E's daughter directed our seasoned fridge lifters from the 3rd floor to the outdoor location where the refrigerator would be left for collection. Luckily, the lift was working, so the team of two squeezed inside together with the bulky household item.
A few steps and awkward grip adjustments later, Sevan and Kash dropped the fridge at its destination and started planning their lunch as the mission ended in just 11 minutes.
