We met @ 08:30am for a setup at brand new Aston Hall Parkrun. Today's run director was Rafa. Heavy rains didn't stop this Park run likes others were cancelled in and around Birmingham area due to floods.

The course is run on a combination of grass, permanent paths and trail paths . Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain.

1st 2 laps got few uphills. Last 2 laps flat with trail and grass paths.

You find it harder 1st time, but after few times you will get used to of it.

We all should give it a go
