Monday HIIT
3 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Brent.

We met at Gladstone Park to begin the evening with a quick warm-up. This was followed by a HIIT workout. 5 exercises, 3 rounds: Squats + hold Press-up & shoulder tap Mountain climbers + hold Bicep dip + touch toes Hand to toe (windmill) We finished with some cool down stretches before heading to Papagayo for a beverage or two!
