5 GoodGym runner turned up at Windmill City Farm to help with getting the sheep pen ready for the animals' return. On the previous day, a different group had already done a great job with spreading compost/manure across the old pasture to fertilise the ground. All that was left to do was to move the remaining bit of compost from the pile on to the grass and raking it evenly across the field. This task strangely reminded me of Japanese sand raking, but with manure instead of sand... I'm sure the sheep will appreciate our work and will hopefully find their "zen" once moved into the paddock.

After finishing our task, we had a quick visit with the goats to make sure they did feel left out.

Great job everone!
