Mrs W's garden
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bexley.
- Sunday, 19th of November 2017
Kate and Linda turned up at Mrs W's house and received a very warm welcome. She supplied us with a couple of long length loppers. One very high tech looking and one that she calculated must be 100 years old! It took a bit of getting used to but I got the knack eventually. The task was just to cut any bits off her shrubs and trees that were overhanging her fence into her neighbours. Having completed that. We then brushed leaves from her lawn. We then had a cup of tea and a very interesting chat with Mrs W - a well travelled lady. An extremely grateful Mrs W then waved us off.
