Our GoodGym Exeter runner Sam got in touch the other day letting me know that he has an elderly neighbour who he calls every day for a friendly chat and to make sure he is coping OK during self isolation. Fantastic work Sam! A phone call can make such a big difference!

The MMAA has around 100+ tenants on both sites combined. The Mincinglake site currently has no shared facilities, and we have been trying to move forward with a project to create a wildlife area, an amenity shed, and a seating area for social acitivites.
