Mrs. M is out of the hospital and into her new home - a charming nursing home. That’s the good news.

The not-so-good news is she’s very frail and confused; refusing to eat, barely able to speak. I don’t think she recognised me 😢

I’m hoping she’s just tired from the hospital transfer business and will regain her strength soon. 🙏🤞

Update: I heard from her friend that they gave her morphine to enable a painless transfer from the hospital. Here's hoping that's all there is to it and she'll be her usual self soon :)
