Once a month, volunteers aim to reduce the amount of items going to landfill and will also try to help people learn more about repairing household items. A great team has come forward to offer free repairs to: small household electrical, clocks, small items of furniture, toys, computers, garden tools, clothes and textiles. (People give donations to help cover the running costs.) It is a great way to divert items from the land fill. I help whenever I can and am part of the "Welcome Team" .
