Emma and I arrived at Mr J's with a decent idea of the task at hand, which was helpful as Mr and Mrs J weren't entirely certain what was being moved where. When we went upstairs to check the bedroom into which we were due to move their 2 seater sofa, it wasn't clear from the original instructions if we also had to move a bed to accommodate the sofa in some way.

Reluctant to start shifting until we were certain of what was required, Emma made a quick call to the referrer, all was made clear and thankfully the 2 seater sofa proved lighter than it looked and was manageable up the narrow staircase, over the banister and into the bedroom...albeit it was a tight fit at times.

A quick return downstairs to move the larger (and much heavier) 3 seater from one side of the living room to the other to create space for a soon to arrive hospital bed for Mr J and the task was complete. We left a grateful Mr and Mrs J to their afternoon of quiz time TV.

Many thanks to Emma and Nick for completing this task. Mr J's hospital bed will be delivered today which would not have been possible without your support. Best wishes from King's Outreach Therapy Service.
