No Truffle for us! We’re Dotty for painting!
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Kingston upon Thames.

Four of us met at the primary school in New Malden and were given our brief instructions, brushes and paint from the caretaker. He also introduced us to the school’s newest residents, Truffle and Dotty - the pigs! They were very sweet and were really pleased to meet us too as we were greeted with wagging tails!
After a quick visit to the pig pen we set to work on painting the fence. After two hours of laying it on thick, we still saw the old red and blue painted panels were streaking through the new ever-green paint we were given! We had to pack it in and clean our brushes admitting defeat to the fence that kept absorbing all the paint we were giving it! It will have to be a return for round two of this task as many sections of the fence had not been reached before we ran out of time and it should be given a few more coats too! Look out for the next listing and sign up to help us finish the job ( even better if you have a spare paint brush or two to bring along!).
