Having first run past the flat in my unnecessary panic about being late, I turned back to meet Freyja and David outside Ms L's flat just as darkness had fallen.

The first task was to get to Ms L's flat, which being on the 6th floor with no lift was no mean feat. Ms L's daughter in law let us in and we headed to the bedroom. Here we moved the bed flush against the wall to open up some more space in the room.

Job done and a quick photo with the infamous stairs we said goodbye and headed off to our respective group runs in Lambeth and Hammersmith & Fulham to do some more good.
