After a lovely cup of coffee, chat and admiring a lovely home and plants said runner, who is a know technophobe, set about the task, Googling and re-attempting until the job was done. It certainly added to comedy and we had a good laugh. More importantly he should be able to more easily keep in touch with loved ones.
