Off our trolleys š
7 GoodGymers made their way to help the Bexley Food Bank in Bexley.

It was a chilly morning as we met at Bexley parkrun ready for a quick 5k before heading off to the Community Mission at Bexley Foodbank!
It was definitely a bit more muddy than usual but we all made it round and met at the finish.
We then headed down to Erith to help out at the Foodbank.
Due to receiving lots of food donations over the Christmas period they needed more hands to come and help sort and organise!
We were surprised to see the shelves a lot more empty than the last time we were there but this made way for the boxes, trollies and crates of new donations to be organised into groups and sorted by date order.
Some of us helped colour code the donations while others stacked away and others sorted by date order. The quicker we emptied trays the quicker more trays were being stacked for us to sort through.
After no time at all we were stacking the crates back into the storage having made a huge difference!
Iām sure we will be back again to help out!
