Aine and John decided only on Thursday to take on the Mile End ParkRun, then Fiona joined us on Saturday as an afterthought. Tower Hamlets stalwarts Tracey and Hester were also there, as well as Eilish from Islington and another unidentified GoodGym runner. Afterwards we went for a coffee at the cafe on the site of friends of GoodGym, Stepney City Farm.
