A big welcome to newcomer Sylvana who attended her first Good Gym session at Frenford Food Bank today.

Welcome also to Ramon who is an experienced GG foodbank volunteer but had not done a pick and pack session at Frenford previously.

Ever willing to show people the ropes our James soon had Sylvana and Ray up to speed. Along with old hands Mike, Linda and the rest of the Frenford volunteers we seemed to have finished the packing in no time.

Everyone then quickly slipped into operation shelf stacking. The deliveries were all over the place and its remarkable how smoothly so many people in such a confined space managed to sort it all out into some semblance of order, while still helping out the delivery drivers and making way for the sports centre users.
