A solo Saturday afternoon mission in sunny Whitton. Mrs M called on our help to tackle the brambles which were running riot in her back garden. They'd grown so much her nephews and nieces stopped coming round as they wouldn't be able to play safely in the garden.

It was a fine day to be outside and I had a lop of time on my hands so ended up spending nearly 2 1/2 chopping the brambles back. They put up a good fight, but were no match in the end.
