Put a Sock in it!
6 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the The Canal and River Trust in Birmingham.

Tonight's run was a litter pick on the canal. We headed down to the canal with Jonny, Morwenna and Eve running and Amy and Miriam walking.
Soon enough Miriam and Amy found a shoe and a sock, hence the pun!
We filled two bags full of rubbish, followed by a walk up to Aston Lock to drop our bags off.
After a few pics we all headed back to 1000 Trades, some walking and some running.
Once back it was time to watch the England women in the Euros Quarter final!
