The Thursday morning volunteer shift at City Harvest had a bit of everything, including a lot of spinach.

As well as crating spinach and sorting bread in Unit 22 there was plenty to do at Unit 28 , dealIng with the cardboard and helpIng to prepare trays of ambient goods suitable for dinners.
