Charlotte and I helped Mrs A to get ready for the move to her new flat, by shifting a tumble drier and a chest freezer from the second floor down to the ground floor. Luckily Charlotte was sensible and brought her sack trolley which made it super easy, plus the block of flats had a lift. All done in about 15 minutes!
