Ready, get settee, go

You've heard of the NHS Couch to 5K app, this mission was 5K to Couch.

Libby and I ran to Stoke Newington to help Mr and Mrs B to move their settee outside to make room for a special hospital bed for Mr B. When we arrived the covers had already been removed - sofa so good. Not inclined to recline, we showed we were no lazy boys and quickly got on with the job. While it took a chaise longue-r than expected, we managed to move the settee out successfully and it hopefully means Mr and Mrs B have one less thing to worry about.
