Back on the other side of the festive holidays and the New Year, there were a good-sized clutch of runners out for the first Junior Parkrun at Paddington Rec in 4 weeks. After a great warm-up from a first time volunteer who took on two roles, they were off and round the slick wet (but safe) course for the usual 3 and a bit laps. I was tail walker / runner myself so got the pleasure of 2km of jeffing around to wake me up. ;-)
