A few GoodGym members came together to do yoga online.

Yoga is beneficial for running because it enhances flexibility, strength, and balance, which can improve running form and efficiency. Additionally, yoga aids in recovery by reducing muscle stiffness and soreness, and it promotes mental focus and relaxation, helping runners manage stress and maintain consistency in their training.
