On the hottest day of the year 11 hot Goodgymers headed to Stepney City Farm where we were met by the lovely Siobhan our task owner. We also welcomed Jacqui who was touristing from Barnet.

Alex, Isabelle, Si and Sree set to work on the compost heaps. Amanda, Becky, Frankie, Isabelle, Jacqui and Toyin were weeding, planting and tidying the childrens garden. I was sweeping the barn with company from the cat.

The work achieved in an hour was very impressive and we then chilled in the garden drinking elderflower Hugo's. A lovely end to a balmy night.
